Trinisa‘s AFNR Journey

Trinisa Williams, is a Chicago native with a passion for food and safety! Trinisa went from studying food science at Kansas City State University to owning her own catering company, named “Trini’s Tasty Pastries.” Beyond the kitchen, she’s a devoted Consumer Safety Officer at the United States Department of Agriculture, ensuring our food is safe and delicious. Trinisa’s mission is to educate, inspire and share her love and knowledge of safety youth.
