Chef Lashon Burrell is an East St. Louis native who brought her culinary skills to Chicago in 2009 to chase her cooking dreams and attend culinary school. Lashon Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts in 2012 and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration shortly after. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, she fearlessly launched her business in 2020, and her journey has been nothing short of inspiring ever since. In 2022, Lashon took her business to the next level with an expansion. Alongside her culinary endeavors, Lashon is dedicated to mentoring youth and individuals seeking opportunities in the culinary world.
