Jamy’s AFNR Journey

Chef Jamy is a Chicago native hailing from the South Side, where he attended Du Sable High School before attending Brown Mackie College. Inspired by his brother, Chef Henry, and guided by the expertise of Chef Erwin Dreger, Jamy honed his skills in international cuisine and swiftly rose up through the culinary ranks. Jamy’s Journeyed from head chef at various restaurants to now co-owning and leading as Head Chef at CTRL Kitchen.
