Rod’s AFNR Journey

Rod is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Logistics for GROWMARK. He provides overall leadership to the development and execution of the corporate strategic plan, the efficient operation of the dry cargo terminal network, and leadership of the truck transportation team at GROWMARK. Rod has a bachelor’s degree in agriculture Industries from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign in 1987 and is a graduate of the GROWMARK Senior Leader Development Program as well as the Graduate Institute of Cooperative Leadership program.

What does a Senior Vice President do?

A Senior Vice President is responsible for the development of the company corporate strategy, while also providing leadership to our supply chain and innovation teams. The education requirement would be a bachelor of science degree, preferably in a business or supply chain curriculum.
